The NRL Integrity Unit will talk to Penrith co-captain Nathan Cleary after three men from Sydney’s west were allegedly pictured on social media partying in Queensland after the team’s grand final victory.

Queensland Police allege the men crossed the border on the Pacific Highway with “incorrect border passes” on Saturday.
The Integrity Unit is investigating the link between the club and the men, aged 23, 24 and 25, who allegedly drove from Sydney to attend the football match at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane last Sunday night, October 3.
An NRL spokesperson confirmed the unit would speak to Cleary about the matter. It is not suggested he knew about the men’s alleged border breach.

The trio were picked up by Queensland Police at a hotel on the Gold Coast on Friday, issued with a $4135 fine for breaching Queensland health rules and sent back to NSW.

They came to the attention of authorities when a senior NSW police officer saw a photo of the men partying on the Gold Coast, allegedly in breach of the public health order closing Queensland to NSW residents.

The pictures have since been removed from social media.

Queensland Police have referred the matter to the NRL Integrity Unit and NSW Police, who say an investigation has begun into “potential breaches to the public health order” that continues to prohibit residents from leaving Greater Sydney.

There's more but it just goes into the TikTok business from last year. No indication how Nathan could be implicated, just that the Integrity Unit would like a word.

Yeah, I agree.

Based on this story, the integrity unit may as well as ask Vlandys or my German Shepard about the 3 mysterious blokes.

Bizarre. Theres Rex on the beach chasing a seagull, quick, someone implicate Nathan Cleary! Joke.

We cannot complain about outsiders attacking our team when our own members attack everything we do. They cannot give people a decent period to celebrate before the barbs come.

I think everything has been fine. Kikau singing Glory Glory was funny as hell.
The only one who went too far was May.

Just a random thought when Nathan retires from the NRL he would make a great kicker in the NFL. He is probably not interested but just a thought. He may go on to be an NRL coach.

Maybe this was just Kikau’s payback for Russell Crowes “Deliverance” comparisons / comments before the grand final.
Yeah I agree, poor delicate Rabbitoh supporters butt hurt and having a cry. Our boys were ridiculed by Storm last year after the loss but they just used it for motivation rather than crying on social media.

Is yeo the new Gavin cooper?

cooper only made rep teams because of Thurston now the same thing happening with yeo and Cleary

if they didn’t play for the same club Yeo would never of made the rep teams . Now he is all over TikTok acting like some kind of big shot

he has one of the most punch able faces in the game

Yes. ALL those Panthers who played State of Origin this year have Nathan to thank. They obviously don’t have any talent themselves, what a player Nathan is.

Brad Arthur only got re-signed until end of 2024 so that the NRL maintains some comedy relief until then. Go the Eels where they belong - straight down the gurgler :)

Is it just me, the headlines around Money Bill and his expose around the release of his book, frankly couldn’t care less. Surely it just cements the opinions held by most, the bloke was a grub. Everything was about him. Was back in the day and it would appear still is.

Unfortunately they acted exactly like men on a night out. It’s just that for 99% of men, society couldn’t give a rats @rse how they behave.
Its a little off topic, but I am on the St Albans Arena mailing list from the last time I was in the UK.

If you enjoy a laugh I see Jimeoin is playing there on the 9th November. I’ve seen him many times over the years and he is always a good show and great night out. If you get the chance to see him you won’t regret it.

I have no interest in Dunny Bill. The media like to gush over his every move, but I stopped caring about him after he walked out on the Dogs.
