Is the contract registered?

Simple yes or no. That is a fact that can be proven

How can you prove it?

Do you work for the nrl and register contracts? Or do you work for the dogs?

According to gus on twitter it is and the ww article is incorrect.

Take that what you will, im not professing go know facts like you or alice.

Im just dealing with the actual facts that we have atm...

Goulds side of the story is hes version of the facts.... no one is dispusting that except the gould haters atm.

It was a mistake.. thinking gould was spiteful for everything penrith achieved simce he left is laughable imo.

If youd ever heard the man talk in person youd know the last thing hed be for the plagers and club is spiteful.

I dont know any facts but id bet my bottom dollar gould is nothing but proud of what he achieved and beyond happy for the players and the club he loved.

Im not saying I but into any theory but Gus could definitely not just release the photo after he promised kikau it would not be released to get him to take it, that would be a great way to get Kikau extremely pissed at him and Barrett and the dogs.

Also Gus has said they took the photo then for promotional stuff after the season, as kiks was going to likely be in the Fiji squad for the World Cup so they wouldn’t have time to take the after the season. Like really does anyone actually believe that? Kiks and the dogs are in western Sydney, that’s a weak as piss explanation from Gould and it makes me a little suspicious tbh.

All in all I think it’s likely just a dumb decision all round from kiks and gould/barrett but I think some of the things Gus says on it are suspect as is the timing of it.

That is it. No one knows for sure but that is an example of it looking dodgy.

As was Gus calling out the WW journo reporting what he heard on the radio. Was not needed and doesn't help the situation

I thought it was just one of those things that happened, than he said what he said this week and I put two and two together.

The story was originally published as Mahoney told Parra he was leaving.

Kikau was the photo. When asked Ivan said they had been told and couldn't match the offer.

Never has the Bulldogs confirmed it. Nor has the NRL.

Andrew Voss mentioned it on his show. A few others have mentioned it.

Even if it isn't true. What does it matter? Not a big enough issue to warrant comment from a club GM. Especially as there would be other clubs in the same boat

He stood down without kicking a stink....

He wanted bennett... wasnt to be and realised the others wanted ivan and he stood down at seasons end..

He went out gracefully. Literally didnt bag anyone' didnt say anything..

The club went behind hes back and he still didnt throw anyone under a bus. He went out on his shield.

He loved penrith to the last minute he was here.

Im sure hes heart is fully into helping the dogs atm but hes a penrith man and always will be..

Need to get over the hate mate..

Hes not a saint and he isnt the messiah..whether you can appreciate or agree with what he did for the club is debatable as has been on here recently.

But to be soo against him you truly believe he is spiteful of the club and is orchestrating such petty things as to send photos of kiks to the media after everything hes done in the game is just so petty and embarrasing mate..

And as a gould fan i think that for everyone... i dont even think a sacked nrl coach who has been thrown under the bus would be that petty or dumb.

I don't hate Gould. Far from it actually.

Gould did makes mistakes. Some of his mistakes towards the end of his time at Penrith. Cost the club a great deal of money.

Can I be 100% sure isn't not registered No. But in saying that......

I would like to be that sure of winning the lottery that Kiks deal isn't registered with the NRL.

Yep Gus just has a propensity for talking a little bit to much about inner workings of clubs he’s at. I imagine he was trying to deflect criticism away from Baz but it won’t work, they have to play well for the pressure to come off Barrett and either way those other nrl media people aren’t going to stop talking. Usually when he comes out like this it just makes the story bigger. Similar things were happening when he was here in particular towards the end from when hook got fired into the tough 2019 season and off field stuff that was happening, him speaking on it wasn’t helping the club in anyway.

My older brother (who doesn't support the Panthers, sad soul that he is) made this coment.

Gould doesn't seem able to stop himself interferring in the coaching side of whatever club he is in.

This as we all know creates huge huge issues. This seems to be an example of it.
