All they can tell us is that it's a virus :(

He's been feverish since Wednesday night, shivering, vomiting...

I know there is not much one can do with a viral infection, but wait it out, but seeing him so miserable breaks my heart :(
Hey Eele sorry to hear ur son is not well.
Have you tried hyrdralyte?
When 2 of my kids were younger had both hospitalised with viral induced weezing and hydralyte worked for us.
It's different for everyone but maybe ask a doctor or nurse if that can help for ur son's situation.
Also found children's hospital were much better. I guess depends where you live.
Just my experience.

If we were down by less than a converted try, we wouldve lost.

We wouldve played conservative and one out hoping for a mistske and play the long game

We did that early in the 2nd half and we were shit.

But when we were behind by 8, here came parraball baby
We still needed to complete our sets, and offloads are less risky than lateral passing against an aggressive defence.

In the Darwin game our halves threw 86 passes. Last night they only passed the ball 53 times.

I expired at the 2015 GF. Haha - I was so drunk and my heartbeat probably went from 300bpm to 3bpm, and I just sat there staring at the stadium floor for about 45 minutes. I’d only wish such pain for Melbourne supporters.

This sport can do the most fkd things to us. I’m so behind parra and their fans come Sunday. ❤️❤️
Yes a nine year premiership drought must have been awful at the time.

My grand daughter had issues when she was 4 weeks old. Her parents took her to the local hospital. The hospital contacted the kids hospital and treated her to their recommendations.

I think our next point of contact will be the children's hospital - I'm sure they would take his well being a little more to heart.

I haven't yet - thank you for the tip!

Nepean Hospital is usually our go-to, because we literally live 5 minutes away from the hospital.

But I'm thinking of taking him to either Westmead Children's, or Blacktown (they have a kids department) next time.

Dunno where you live but I have nothing but high praise for Westmead. Spent 2 1/2 years there with our young fella. The nurses and doctors were unbelievable.

We live in Penrith.

But I'm willing to go to Westmead (as any parent would).

Living so close to Nepean is a huge advantage - my son was admitted to hospital at 8 am yesterday, and discharged at 3pm; because we live so close to the hospital, we could go home to get extra nappies, food, etc.

But if we were to go to Westmead, I'd just bring extra supplies.

By the way, penalty for a hair pull ?

So when you have hair halfway down your back, all of a sudden its off limits to defenders and if it ends up in fingers accidentally it’s a penalty? Yet an accidental finger in the eye is fine, bad luck and play on ?

Is anyone really saying that Waqa actually grabbed his hair on purpose?

I know a Panthers fan who claims Waqa should have been sin binned for that...

Truly.

Wow.

Westmead childrens I found were really good. Maybe ring ahead to see what the wait times are but definitely childrens hospitals give them the extra care and attention they need and deserve.
Hope your son is on the mend 🙏
