Super Morgs easily the better centre tonight.

Morgan is about as good as Hopa. They are both pretty ordinary.

Morgan goes ok, you can't have superstars in each position but he shouldn't be paired with semi. Morgan can't pass that well, actually he is terrible, semi needs the ball, he only needs a small amount of room to make a break but Morgan is in capable of doing it.

Beau Champion is a specialist right centre, and Hopoate has played on the left before (including his Origin debut). Morgan has mostly played on the right too.

I reckon Hopoate will switch to the left side next year and Champion/Morgan will fight it out for the right hand side.

I think you are right. Hoppa's passing will benefit Semi too. He needs to improve his 'd'. I'd give the right spot to whoever defends better out of champion/morgan.

I can see where you are coming from, and the halves can definitely improve especially Norman. But the halves didn't lose it for us, look at our defence tonight, it was terrible , gee they scored two up the middle - that's where we need improve - this can be done with a better attitude

What's this obsession with playmaking centres? Morgan is fast. It's his job to run the ball, not set up his sole outside player. Leave that to the spine players and edge forwards.

Our problem is we have too many players trying to set up the next guy. Sometimes you just need a player to tuck the ball under his arm and run. Centre is one such position. There are very few ball playing centres left in the game, and Tonga and Hopoate happen to be two of them.

Some centres just run the ball. As long as they can tackle it doesn't really matter if they're serving up tries for their wingers every week. Wingers get plenty of ball anyway. They don't need to rely on the centres to pass it to them.

I think Semi Radradra got plenty of opportunities tonight. He made the most metres of anyone on the field.

Semi got opportunities tonight because he went looking for them and most was rucking it out.

We have the backline movement we normally do, and Morgan gets the ball but dies with it.

Have no problem with Morgan in the side but let's gives semi a partner that can use him. Morgan cant

Agreed, defence has been our downfall all season as our for/against clearly demonstrates. 2nd half last week and 1st half today were deplorable, if we didn't leak so much there wouldn't be so much pressure on our attack all the time. Hopefully Arthur will fix that pre season.
