That'll go quick....but probably not quick enough for us wooden spooners.

Yeah mate not one of the blokes I would have let go that's for sure.

I definitely had him as permanent interchange backrower for our club

Thats a shame about Sorenson.
I guess it is a fallout of using Newtown as the feeder team, you just cant keep everyone.

I know madge is big on trainers. Lazy bums are shown the door with no hesitation. I don't know the reason but that would be my guess.

I remember Sutto telling me a story when Madge first arrived. He asked Sutto how many sit ups he did. Sutto gave him an answer. That answer was wrong as Madge had a hidden video camera set up and he was counting. From that point he told Sutto to lift his game and the rest is history as they say

Looking ahead, Sharks have NO backrowers coming through-Sorenson gone, Sopionga-gone. I thought Sop had great ball skills. So Tupou or Lewis are definitely gone. Who replaces them?

Should be interesting to listen to what he has planned for 2015.

Yes, considering everything, the wiser thing would've been 1-2 years...

Toops will be one of our best this year IMO...he was a monster in the trial match and looked to have a good combo with Barba from a couple of interactions on field. Dunno what we do next year for backrowers with so many off contract and us hunting Peach and Taumalolo.

Got the luxury of seeing how the year pans out I guess. Toops Lewis gal and heighno could all retire or move on, I'd keep Toops and Gal on smaller contracts, let the others go, and try for a Bukuya, Tupou, Taumololo, Graham, Peachey back row rotation with Gal as a prop...jesua
