3 ODI hundreds from 134 games isn't a lot. And average of 33.79

If he had 6 or 7 ODI hundreds and averaged late 30s with the bat i suppose we would probably be lauding him as one of the great explosive ODI Batsman we have ever had.

And lets not beat around the bush. He's beaten up the Netherlands a team with a lot of heart but not much more. When he plays that type of innings against a South Africa or an India I will be impressed.

agree re the toyman, can be brilliant but way too random and inconsistent

now do it against one of the top teams and we'll take notice

It's a pretty decent average when you consider he scores faster than any other player in ODI history. It is never going to be consistent going as hard as he does but when you throw in his bowling and fielding it's a good package.

Shouldn't be lumped together with Stoinis as often as he is.
