So that's 24 teams with:
6 QLD Teams (Brisbane, Brisbane 2, Central QLD, Ipswich, North QLD and the Gold Coast)
11 NSW Teams, Central Coast Included
Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Auckland, Wellington and Papua New Guinea
There would be 4 conferences of 6, with 12 rounds (play each team home and away and 2 byes)
Conference 1 (QLD): Broncos, Bombers, Comets, Cowboys, Jets, Titans
Conference 2 (Southern): Souths, Dragons, Sharks, Canberra, Tigers, Bulldogs
