Look honestly i can't say his play was the reason we were so poor , i just think we had too many cooks , it all looked confusing . I don't rate Trindall and overall he played fair other than the pass for a try but i don't believe in changing players around to fill one position , we weakened 2 positions . Hynes may have played fullback at the Storm but it was in the Storm systems with plenty of time to train there , and whilst he is mostly a solid fullback moving him from 7 unbalanced us . Would it have changed the decision , not sure , but we really looked unsure of what we were about from the first 2 sets when we couldn't get across their line .
At our best we score that first 5 mins .

Yeah if we're going to have Nicho as fullback we need to play him like a fullback. A backline of halfbacks doesnt really work

I wonder if this is Fitzy’s biggest test so far…

Is he willing to learn from his mistakes? The 3-4 halfbacks policy is too confusing. I reckon he HAS to go back to Hynes at 7… This means selecting a tried and true first grader at 1. The best option is probably Ronaldo. I don’t think Tracey is an effective centre, but I’m not sure we can afford too many changes.

Winning without Finucane is going to be hard…
How is he going to deal with this? I honestly do not know the answer!

I'm not so sure about that.

Kennedy is hard to replace and I think that opponents have started to suss out Nicho a bit better.
