There's no way it won't be Nicho, nor should it be, so then the question is who comes in.

Word is Ramien only has to get through training today and he's back in.
So that solves that.

Failing that, I'd be putting Tuku on the bench.
BHU maybe, but I have no faith he's up to the task at the moment.

replace Atkinson for hunt and that’s the side it should be. I find Dane one of the best league writers there is. Hes funny & usually on point, as he is in this article.
The only thing that will make Dane & myself & others look dopey, is Hinze has a blinder or at worst, he just stays out of the way & lets the team win.
I believe we are slight favourites with Akko in place of Hinze, & worthy of a flutter.
There is not a chance in the world I will put money on the Sharks , with Hinze in the team.

He has dropped Toby and BHU this year. I'm sure there have been others but he did drop Toby after a stinker which he hadn't done before. Williams can consider himself lucky I guess for some of his howlers but for the most part he has been very good for us.

He has moved Sifa to the bench to bring in Iro. I was a bit shocked he actually did that as the Fitz of old was very pro Sifa in the centres.

He also played Stonestreet over Hiroti which was the right move but again I wasn't sure he would throw the young bloke in.

Small changes but I reckon he has changed a bit this year in this regard vs years past. You can't expect any top 4 team to drop their "marquee player" in September. You gotta make it work - now it is up to Nicho and the team to make it happen.

I disagree.

Lang era we had a team full of stars that should have won a premiership.

Under Fitzy we have a team that is not now, nor has ever been anywhere near the level of Panthers, nor I believe a fit Roosters or Storm.

We are the top end of the next level down and perform better than some teams that have more rep players.

i hope your right but from what i saw friday night...he is a shot duck. Im going to get the "its a trial" comment but he was awful. His last play options let the side down on several occassions with momentum swinging to manly as soon as he tried something. He will be lucky to get a start if a differing combination clicks in the next trial.

Year they won the minor premiership they had Peachey, Rogers, ET, Stevens, Lang and McKenna.

All rep players and all would walk into the current team.

Next level down were Richardson, Mellor, Dykes, Healey, Triester, Ryan and Graham. I reckon a few of them would get a run as well. For mine I would have all the spine players from that team over our current spine.

Fact that they were able to manage the minor premiership says a bit as well aboutu how they were placed.

Currently we are just making up the numbers.

Ah the days when I really gave a 2 hoots. Since 2016, it’s all been gravy man. Hence, my 2 hoots is generally half cut banter post craft beer bonanza.
