Is James Roberts the fastest man in NRL history?

He probably is the fastest right now. But lol at the comment suggesting that he training and playing as a rugby league player can peel off a sub 10 sec 100m time. So then how quick is Eldrick Lee then over 100?....9.5 secs?? lol.

If he ran sub 10 seconds he would be the second fastest Australian in history after Patrick Johnson who ran a 9.93 secs with a just legal tailwind and went under 10 seconds I think just once.

I have read somewhere he may have run a time in the 10.20-10.30 range which would put him ahead of Shane Whereat. That Souffs player Joven Clarke ran a time around 10.20 but he only played about 5 or 10 games.

Irvine and Cleary (Cth Games Bronze Medallist) would be close to the quickest of all time and Corowa was no slouch at his peak.

Ahh, common sense to the fore. Leave the stroking of the foreskin to the wankers.

I'm sure the Australian record (in aussie) for the 100m is 10.03, run by Matt Shrvington at the Sydney Olympics and the OP reckons a league player training as a league player is running sub 10s.

Behave.

Not that hard. You seen Roberts play at all? Wouldn't surprise me.

Agree.I would be surprised if any League Player could break the 11 second mark. What did Hayne run in the Gatorade Challenge a few years back?

Hayne got 11.2 or 3 or something close to that, was definitely low 11's.

I think Roberts could break the 11 second mark but he'd be the only one, maybe Korobiete and Johnson too.

I was chatting with my very knowledgeable uncle about this. I asked him if he thought Martin Offiah was the fastest league player ever and he said nah because Offiah was beaten by Lee Oudenryn in a sprint and Oudenryn was beaten by Brett Dallas. I googled and indeed this is true.

Koroibete claims to have run the 100 at 10.75 when he was a teenager
