We got nothing to sell.
StGeorge "saints" stand alone never had debts. In fact today we are profiting more than most NRL clubs. What are you on about? There’s about 12m in the bank alone as of last year. Let alone the Taj worth about 40m.

We were cohersed by the NRL to join Illawarra or risk loosing our licence. The part that gets me and I will say it until the cows come home is
the NRL and Saints seemed to ignore to combine Saints history with the Illawarra merger. Saints supporters should be irrate on this alone and demand clarity and rectification.
WE WERENT REPLACED WITH THE MERGER. WE STILL EXIST, SO REINSTATE THE NRL RECORDS TO SHOW 16 PREMIERSHIPS and STOP THE BS OUTSIDE NOISE WE ONLY HAVE 1 PREMIERSHIP
A completely agree Muzby, however look at WEBSITES NRL, WIKIPEDIA,Rubbish.
We have 16.
Come out of your sleep. We have 16 PremiershipsI vaguely remember reading about an AGM (or something similar) where it was agreed to recognise the 15 prems. Does anyone else remember this (or should I just go back to sleep?)

THIS FORUM AND ZERO TACKLE to name a few. All say 1 premiership.
And as for Wikipedia, i’ve just changed it to 37 premierships.

Exactly! Manly / North Sydney merged and then went their own way, yet Manly never lost their premierships. Eastern Suburpes went from Eastern Suburbs Roosters to Sydney Roosters and they did not lose their premiership total and Cronulla / Southerland Sharks to Cronulla sharks ….. oops they never had any premiership total to lose. Oh yes, the Bunnies were rubbed out altogether and then let back in the competition and they did not lose thei premiership total.StGeorge "saints" stand alone never had debts. But Illawarra are the dominant partner now.All of these clubs should have been designated as feeder clubs e.g. Balmain to Canterbury, Western Suburbs to Parramatta and Illawarra to St George.
Illawarra do not even have shares in the joint venture anymore. In fact it is no longer a joint venture now in the same way that South Sydney and Manly are not a joint venture. I would be very surprised if the Illawarra Club still has a claim on the NRL licence; surely they would have had to give that up in the WIN Deal and no longer qualify to hold an NRL licence. But Illawarra are the dominant partner now.
So, by your logic this makes St George the feeder club.
Actually Illawarra still hold a seat on the board.Clearly if St George hold 50% of the shares and WIN hold the other 50% and Illawarra hold zero shares this would mean that Illawarra is not an owner.
