This here is the best news for anyone following Hayne... This was probably one of his biggest obstacles as a RB coming from RL with no previous American Football background.

If he's picked up pass protection like everyone else I see no reason why he can't be RB2.

I know Kaep isn't exactly going to come out and bag him, but to get praise from your star QB is a pretty good sign. Especially in regards to pass protection.

Ellington went down with an ankle or something at training I think and is questionable, so fair chance Hayne might have PR job to himself.

If he's taking over the Bush role then he could get a lot of work this week chasing points, doubtful they will tie the Steelers O down like they did Minnesota.

Not sure they would allow Hayne to be #2 running back and starting punt returner. I hope they do but it comes with some risk.

Hopefully they can televise some good games now. They can do up a Hayne hightlights package or something. Doesn't look like it would take long. I saw his 7 yard punt return and Hayne wasn't sighted again.
