No one is the same ilk as Mary. I'd say anyone would be an improvement. However, that would be up to Gould. He will be the one on the big bucks to find the right staff to begin our climb out of the bottom 4 to the top 4.

What salary would he demand?
What would be his demands from the board in terms of investment ?
It would take a massive change for the club, that no doubt, would expose the weaknesses and loyalty's within, and I don't think those in power would welcome such a change.
Gould is primed for a position within the NRL i feel. If not, a club on the up, with a progressive vision. Not with a club that has underperformed for a decade, lacks a real identity or home ground, and is as at now in the midst of being a spoon contender.
I hate saying it, but is true. A loss this week, which is quite possible, puts us with GC and the Dogs for spoon favorites.
