The Bulldogs Jersey Flegg side have moved to outright second on the ladder following their seventh-straight win this afternoon, defeating the Western Suburbs Magpies 30-24 at The Crest Stadium.

A try on fulltime to the Magpies made the final margin just six - not a true reflection on the game.

Bulldogs winger Heka Nanai is in hot form after scoring his tenth try in as many games. He leads the 'Dogs try scoring list, two ahead of Ryan Millard who was unavailable today.

James Boustani played his first game in 2007 and managed a four-pointer.

Tries: 6
Heka Nanai, Luke Thompson, David Te Huia, Esi Tonga, Mason Pure, James Boustani

Goals: 3
Jamie Clark (3)

I dont know what you mean by (not a true reflection on the game).
The lead changed 7 times and it was a pretty even contest until about 15 mins from fulltime.
Still as much as I hate to say it the Dogs were the better side.

Does anyone have any idea who Manly is playing this week in the Flegg?

I'm just a bit confused as Parra is playing Newie on Sunday, and the NSWRL website doesn't have any fixtures.

Cheers.
