I would imagine that it is the official supporters club (PESC) of which I know that at least Tony Bongo is involved with.

Yes I became a member of PESC at the start of the year. Paul Osborne confirmed that Jono has signed with the Dogs for 2 years. Some people were not happy with losing him and were of the impression that our club hadn't done enough to seal the deal. Paul Osborne said he had made him an attractive offer and that he was someone we were really keen to keep but admitted that the process may have been a little slow.
As for other things of note Paul Osborne said many of the leaks were coming from a member of staff with Wenty, the Kearney leak came from Melbourne and the QC meeting leak came from MITS.

 at the QC leak.

Cheers Tony, did Ossie give his undertaking that the many leaks from the staff member with Wenty had been plugged, or would be dealt with in any way?

(In other words, I'm wondering if the election hotline to JM has been ditched?)

Of course that was jokingly.

Ossie has said that a company wide media policy had been introduced.

I also spoke with Ossie, and he relieved that the leak on Webb and Matuia came from someone in each of their camps.

The harsh reality is we sell newspapers, and that means the DT, SMH , ABC, 7,9,10/One and Fox Sports will always be sniffing around.

Yes I should have qualified that Ozzy was joking. If I were a manager I would want as many clubs as possible to know who is and isn't interested in my player as well as making a couple of extra bucks on the side from the media.

On Johnathon Wright guys, Ossie confirmed tonight at an official Supporters meeting that Jono is going to the Bulldogs.

So, who else went to this official supporters meeting? Anything else said?

I went, and there was Plenty said, the meeting went for over 1.5 hours with Ossie's Q&A taking up about 80% of that time.

Dunno mate, sorry. This is hearsay off people who went there, but I don't think they would have any reason to lie; I didn't even know there was anything like a 'Supporters Meeting', and it seems strange no-one here has reported it yet.

IMO this is a bit weird, but it's confirmation I guess for something we already basically knew :(

PESC has been running since 1986 there has been previously some issue around getting the group as well known as Possible, the current president is working to fix that. Meetings are the 2nd Tuesday of the Month at Parramatta Leagues club at 7:00pm.

Just to follow on to Tony's point, I rejoined the PESC last year and again this year after a few years absence when I wrote the report. I have long been an advocate for those that wish to be heard in the club to work with PESC, as often a Board member or Senior Football administrator has been to the meetings to speak. As far as I know this is Ossie's 2nd Visit, Roy and Joe were also at this meeting and I know Daniel Anderson was at the First meeting of the year. In the two meetings that I have been to that has had special guests (DA early and Ossie last night) there are often a large amount of questions and it is good to have them stand up in front of the room and answer them. Something not only with the Fan Forum but also I would say the Coaches forum could also help with as well.

That's good news Tony, thank you very much :)
