“He was charged with reckless grievous bodily harm, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and larceny.

“The man was granted conditional bail to appear at Port Macquarie Local Court on Wednesday 7 December.”

The kid also had his phone stolen too

Anywhere but NZ I would think not, but it’s not like he can really evade justice in any meaningful way by crossing the ditch. He might be alright as long as he fronts for his court date.
