We probably offered him that role after footy already that's my point the Roosters use this all the time to get players near the end of their careers with the offer of a job after footy.

They just do it with better players than we do.

While he might not physically be any more, you would think mentally he knows how to be a top-class player.
Hopefully he can use that knowledge to help our club.
