How the f**k does Willie Tonga, a LATE replacement for a FULLBACK get named in the starting team in the centres :?

Is Willie Tonga and Chris Lawrence really the best centre combo Australia has? f**k me dead.

If I was Blake Aysford I'd be gutted.

 Half this forum couldn't stand it when Farah was selected, if Ayshford was selected there would be a meltdown (I think he's better than Tonga though)

How can we have a national team that can't put specialist players in their specialist positions.

I have nothing against Gallen who should start in the backrow but haven't we got any props in the whole friggin' country? Like the ones who dominated NSW all series.

Hannant was overlooked because he is a good front rower and Sheens is coach, and Civo is injured so that takes a lot away from our front row. Our depth is pretty sad at the moment. Picking Gallen in the front row was a great decision considering our props in the squad.

Still a reasonably strong team that is. Looks good in all areas apart from the bench. Only god knows why Tony Williams and Keith Galloway were selected, well we know why Galloway was, Sheens. Australia still have a better backline than us Kiwis. The Kiwis back line actually looks fairly weak with quite a few out.

Tonga should not have been selected. However I think Boyd, Uate and Lawrence are all fine picks with Hodges, Inglis all being injured, they are all great players.

I would have Watmong to 2nd row drop Lewis and have Parker starting lock. And how shillo gets a start Ill never know. The 5 games he played this year weren't his best..............

thats what happens when you pick 2 specialist centres in a 24 man squad, both who have had their share of injury problems this year

Only god knows why Tony Williams and Keith Galloway were selected, well we know why Galloway was, Sheens.

Bozo

last eyar Boyd couldnt get a go over tuquiri cos sheens didnt want to play a fullback on the wing. this year a winger cant get ahead of an out of form fullback in a deciison by the same coach #-o

I know a lot of players have had to pull out due to injuries etc, but this is one of the weakest australian team for a long time

I can't believe that either Uate or Vatuvei are considered the best wingers in the league, yet another position where no one seems to take defense into account (like fullback).

For mine it's Nightingale first and daylight second.

is matt daylight still playing?

Nightingale's underated cos he's unco and doesnt do spectacular/explosive things. I actually agree with you, but Uate (who i also rate highly) and Manu are explosive and look liek wrecking balls when bringing the ball back. wlecome to the mdoern day winger
