What a f**kwit:
So you're saying CC didn't name Schürrle and Müller? Both are strikers who play up front or out wide, much like some guy named David Villa. What does Arsenal going for them have to do with anything? They're reportedly after Lukas Podolski, a striker who plays wide left for the Nationalelf.

I'm the leading producer in fail here?

Özil needs his hand held by Diego
Jonny Evans is good
He really isn't.
Ferdinand is the premier CB in the world
He's lucky if he's the 3rd best CB on his team. I'd take both Vermaelen and Kos ahead of him at arsenal. Ferdinand is average in 2011.
Rooney better than Messi
Are you f**king high? Messi is the best player on the planet, another couple seasons of what he's doing and he's in the conversation of best player ever.

And just in case you don't know:

England>Spain>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Germany>Italy>France.

The laughs were aimed at me but its all a bit of a fail (again)...

Evans is plenty good enough. He is better than any other teams 5th choice centre back in the world, is a fantastic reader of the game, and is learning of the best defenders in the world. Don't worry about him. The guy knows how to defend. He is learning his trade nicely.

When we were discussing Ferdinand, he was the best the defender in the world. A fully fit Rio now is a brilliant player and is easily the second best defender at United, which isn't to bad when the best at the club is also the best in the world. He is a bit injured at the mo, but he will be nicely rested for when we need him.

I'd prefer Rooney in my team to Messi. People cannot decide on who the most important player at Barca is. Rooney carries United at times. Hence i'd have Rooney. Its that simple really.

None of it has anything to do with Arsenal, hence i didn't bother to reply to mr fail.

They are of course my opinions, which i will discuss them with you if you want, but i'm trying to keep an Arsenal thread about Arsenal. There is a United/Barca thread for discussing those players.

Regarding Ferdinand, I'd take Jones ahead of him atm, even if they're not quite equals yet, Jones' potential is off the charts. And this is related to Arsenal because...we could have had him for 10m in January!

Come on man.... really?? Messi is miles ahead of Rooney. The only reason you don't see Messi carrying Barcelona to the same extent as Rooney carrying Manure is because he doesn't have to. Messi is the best finisher in the game... Rooney is not far behind but he's no Messi.

Anyway - back to the Gunners... F&$K Barca and Manure.

Yup you could have. hehe.

I'd have Jones over Ferdinand now if i was buying one of them. But United already have them, and Ferdinand is still a better defender.

Problem Jones may have is where he will end up. As a defensive mid, right back, centre back? He is to good. Especially with Smalling (who looks even better at the mo) also looking to play right or centre back and the twins knocking around.

Its a good problem to have. Hopefully at some point this year they will all be fit.

As for Arsenal, nothing is happening today. Gervinho wants Hazard to come to you in Jan. Other than that, all very boring. :D

Yeah really. We have him playing centre mid at the mo. The guy is a machine, can play anywhere well and carries the team.
Messi is a fantastic footballer but would not have the same impact at United as Rooney does, which is all i really care about football wise.

But yeah, back to da Gunners all this Rooney and Ferdinand stuff is for a different place.

Where do you think Arsenal will end up?

I have you in 4th just pipping Spurs. Assuming RvPs injury this year isn't a bad one.

Hopefully Gervinho helped Hazard get laid or something one time and Hazard owes him...

Considering the past few months we've had, I'm very happy with it being "boring" at the moment. :D

Ditto. Possibly even third tbh. We're only three points off Chelsea who are sitting in fourth and I can't see Newcastle's form lasting.

Unfortunately, it does all rely on RvP. In better news though : Vermaelen got through 90 minutes against Marseille with no problems. Now we're just waiting on Jack, Bakary and Diaby!

you guys rely on RvP like we rely on VDV

I think alot will depend on how both teams recruit in January and sadly I dont think Spurs will spend much, if anything

You are waiting a while for Jack though. :(

A lot will depend on how Chelsea go, you can never write them off (although i may be about to) but the defence is just rubbish. Can easily be a three club fight for 3rd, 4th and 5th.

RvP is due an injury free season though isn't he?

Why throw Lukaku in with Suarez and Balotelli. Lukaku is certainly a good prospect but is untested outside of Belgium, I'm prepared to admit that Muller is better than him (I haven't seen enough of Cisse).

Oh and I am a Chelsea fan.

I throw him in there cause i watched over 20 games of anderlecht last season and the kid is a beast and will one of the best strikers on the planet as he matures

id take Suarez over Muller any day, he has no one to feed him the ball and still has 7 goals and 6 assists this season for liverpool, hes a player i wish arsenal would have gotten he and RVP would be lethal.

Home game against West Brom in a few hours. Considering I'm staying up until 4am when this game should finish, hopefully it's worth it. This really is the sort of game that should finish with us winning 3-0 or 4-0. BUT I'm slightly nervous about us getting a big head from our Chelsea win and taking it easy today.

We're past our ridiculously hard early schedule. We have a very easy November, we really need to capitalise with a string of 3 pointers.

A Clinical and total dominating performance. Which is something we've been lacking since the start of the season. Granted WBA were awful, but I've seen far too many games where Arsenal have struggled to finish off an average performing opposition.

Ramsey was excellent, as was Vermaelen.

Per on the bench was a bit of a surprise. But he hasn't missed a game since signing and was very average against Chelsea.

Another win. A convincing win, good performances all over the park, I thought all of our midfielers were excellent. Really starting to gel. Our defense looked the best it's looked in ages (180 minutes+ without conceding a goal). We look so much better when Vermaelen plays.

Now we just need to keep on keeping on, our next tough game is against City near Christmas, I really would like to see a string of victories between now and then.

And the fact that Liverpool also dropped points is a bonus.

Per has been good, but Kos has been excellent.
