Buhrer was a terrible selection. No one rated him at the time, and not many people have ever done since. Could barely make the starting side on regular club games.

Def a bozo special there. Picked for his utility value of being able to play second row or lock.

He's one of those selections that when people ask why he should be picked, the only thing one-eyed fans can say is "Well, he won't let you down."

While I can understand the frustration from fans of rival clubs about no points being deducted from Manly this year, the NRL isn't known for consistency. The fact is though, having a reduced salary cap for the next couple of years is going to hurt Manly more. Melbourne were free to ship a couple of players over to England for a year then come back and win the comp in 2012. Canterbury restructured their cap, kept their players and won a comp in 2004. Parramatta are shit so the NRL didn't have to worry about them doing the same. The NRL have hamstrung Manly to ensure they are not in a position to win a comp for a while. If I were a rival fan, I'd probably be pretty satisfied with that outcome. A club winning a comp within 2 years of major salary cap breaches is a worse look for the game than the original breaches.

Most Manly supporters I know, believe the penalty has been soft from the NRL..

A large percentage of Eagles supporters are fed up with the hierarchy and handling of the club..Fatso pie eating Peters has basically come out and said fan don't matter to the club nor our opinions..

Ever since Toovey was sacked, refused to blow the Penns, the management of my club has sucked..

I got hammered by people because i despised Trent Barrett as a Coach.. Ever watched the arse clown hold a interview, dam i wanna jump through my screen and clock the wanker right on the chin...

unfortunately ego's and infighting have destroyed this club, Penn still isn't accepting any blame what so ever...
