Honestly, what we're seeing here is on the whole organisation - from the players to the coach to the admin. The players for being lazy shitters. The coach for not establishing a culture. The admin for not sacking the coach 8 months ago when it was plainly obvious he didn't have it.

If this is an indication of the level we're at we'll be battling for the spoon (was kind of my fear all summer). The players look like they don't know where to be in attack, it's like an 'all stars' team that gets assembled and only has 2 or 3 training sessions together so don't really have much fluidity. I'd love to know what goes on in trainjing
