Been having a feeling all week this one ends up being 16-16 after 80 minutes. So just putting that out there now so I can come back and say told you so on Friday night.
I put in the game day thread 16-14 to the dogs cause we haven’t scored more than 16 all season.

but seriously. Both teams need a win. Weather is going to make this a horrible match to watch. The amount of rain the past few days in Brisbane with worse to come by Friday means this will be a slugfest. Bulldogs one out style might be the best game plan. Make Barrett look like a genius who just needs it to rain every game.

Hopefully both teams take it to the wire.

All of this is very sad and to justify it we call players trash no hopers but they made it to grade, feel sorry that quite a few on here have to denigrade players to justify our poor performance when our poor recruitment and injuries is to blame

Sure it does, you can't play NRL if you're not in the top 30/development squad unless the NRL grants an exemption.

anyone else find it coincidental Milford’s ban is lifted the week we play the Broncos? A person could be forgiven for thinking it was by design.

O’Brien to bury his face in his palms repeatedly, again.

Seriously been his distinguishing mannerism for the entirety of his coaching tenure, despite health advice to the contrary during a pandemic.

I’ll also take Ponga at 13+ for press conference drink bottle interactions.

I'm at the point in the season now where it actually annoys me when we do something good, because the idiots can't do it consistently.

Fortunately, we're so bad I haven't been annoyed all that often.

Having said that, surely we can find a win here? SURELY?

It'll be interesting to see what part Clune plays.
With Ponga essentially playing 6 in attack I reckon we need a defensive half.
I reckon Clune will still be hampered and expect Crossland to come on for defence.

Lads!!! It's 'Magic' round, not 'Miracle' round. We gonna okay like crap and lose. The only 'magic' involved will be whatever AOB is using to stay employed.
