This will be interesting.
I’ve heard some good things about Declan Casey.
But we are extremely light on experience.

I though Sione Fainu deserved to keep his spot. Benij either needs to actually use Simpkins and replace Api at dummy half for 30 minutes or he might as well go with Fainu.

It is now or never for Matamua, hopefully he takes his chance.

This will be the weekend Cowboys get played back into semi final contention. I’d be surprised if we don’t get 40 out on us

Whilst most rightly think we'll get smashed I hold some ever-slight optimsm. Naden has almost singlehandedly lost the last couple of games on his own, so anyone else is an improvement. Cows are also pretty damn crap. We've shown more heart I believe. They have the talent though.

Just want an 80 minute performance for once.

Our centres are KOE cup std and inexperienced as is Solomon Alaimalo...it will be interesting if Feledy can stake a claim to partner Olam.
Josh has scored a few tries lately in reserve grade and if he can step up and reproduce the form he had in Manly's pathways it would be nutz.

The cowgirls have absolutely no commitment to defence at all. They just want to play touch footy and score off every play. Up against us this just might work out for them and as mentioned above they could put a cricket score on us. Conversely, if they put in a mistake riddled performance we are a deadset chance. Like most games now I think the game will be decided by the team we're playing, rather than anything we do.

One thing I expect is that we'll score 20 points for the 2nd time this year. Thats right. We have only cracked 20 points in a game once in 10 games. Pathetic.

Up there, Its all looking very grim indeed.

Plus some of the players will realise that Richo is on an international mission to find their replacements.

And would rightfully assume that Benji is all but packed into his luggage.

Hopefully a few will use it as inspiration.

The international mission seems to me more about getting rid of our crap contracts and players rather than finding new recruits at this stage. If Shane cannot get some to move on, we will continue to struggle. He'll have a decent chance of offloading Bateman and even an athlete like Naden. A guy like Sullivan though....I'd think he'd even struggle over there, not to mention his huge price tag. If we were to offload him scot free, a statue should be built for Richo.

We absolutely need to get rid of as much dead weight as we can otherwise we are stuffed for 2025 as well.

What are you doing up so late? ;)
It's going to be a mammoth task to do this and it all comes down to two things...
$ and rep footy
Other things like family, location, coaches and team mates can tip the balanced scales. We however, don't seem to hold any aces :(

Yep, both sides are capable of folding. We did it to them then they did it to us.
I'd hate both teams to be playing for our lives.
They do have more rep players and should win.
I did say that this is a winnable game but now I'm not so confident.
I'd be putting 10 bucks on the Iceman to score a meat pie and another 10 bucks on two of our nuffties to get sinbinned.

You can write 2025 and 26 off now if they’ve started another ‘rebuild’. If this revamp is anything like the media are pushing it’s at least three years before we see the results, premierships are not won in one season. More years of despair. Is Benji losing the plot? Why is Richo doing the recruiting?
