Ref knew it was forward pass to Walsh, and called play on, why make any ruling if it wasn’t suspect. That shit play killed us could see it coming there was no desperation to get the line set on that changeover. Absolute rubbish, let themselves down after playing some good tough footy

Bateman playing 1st receiver a bit is having a negative effect on our attack, as is the long pass from dummy half, it really has killed any rhythm we’ve had in the attacking 20. If Bateman is gonna play that role he needs to be 5 or 6m from dummy half not 10-15. The long pass is giving Brisbane that fraction of a second to get in our face, the passes have to be perfect everytime if you’re gonna play like that, and API’s service from dummy half is a bit inconsistent. Man he has a dig though

Unless Api does it in attack it just doesn't look like we can score. Even when he does score the bunker just takes it away in a blatant rort. The ref blew a try on field so the bunker needs conclusive proof there was no try. One frame at 25 frames a second where there may or may not have been separation, is not conclusive proof. The cheating merkin was just looking for a reason to take it off us.

This is what shits me to no end about the bunker in particular, and modern day rugby league in general. You can score a try with your pinkie and no control over the ball as long as there's no separation, but you can slam the ball down with force and complete control but if there's 1mm of separation its a no-try?????? Makes no sense at all and wasn't how the game was played for the first 95 years before endless f**kin replays.

Also howabout their first try?...the tip of the ball touched the cornerpost simultaneously if not before the other end touched the ground...didn't take him too long to pass that. Bottom teams absolutely don't get the benefit of the doubt
