Wow, it has been rare when we have dug that deep in the last 10 years. Defending into that wind in the second half you could tell we were spent but still kept Turning up. Sure Shakira could have done things better but I think our effort is what put them off.

I think @Vic Mackey said before if we got offered 4 and 4 with a third of the season gone we would have all took it. Just need to maintain and continue to improve the standards we are setting

Wow, winners are grinners. My heart has a dose of tachycardia after that.
So proud of the boys.
May is a premier prop. His 80+ minutes was a Herculean effort, and he ended the game the way he started. Just WOW!

Galvin probably had his most balanced game in not overplaying his hand and allowing Luai his space.

I really think Benji needs to revamp his bench rotation though, Api is playing too many minutes and although May has been a beast, Si Finau should get some minutes before half time.

Bird and Hunt are a good combo when they come on.

Agree because Api played to exhaustion.
It did turn out ok as we won that in the end because of Si Finau's grunt. He was full of energy and post contact metres were great.

Well if that effort and win doesn't put a smile on your face you must be a sharks fan.

Very happy for AD. He'll be able to show that to his kids at some stage in the future and show them how he won the game and the crowd went wild. Pretty good for an unsung player.

Benji needs to start upping TDS's minutes. We are much more dangerous when he's on and his service is far better. He lacks Api's guile but that will start to come with experience.

Although May can play 80 minutes doesn't mean he should. He'd benefit from from a brief rest.

Congratulations Tigers fans.
Benji schooling our ass-clown of a coach in how to prepare a team.

Hope your form continues for the rest of the year.
Cheers, very noble of you mate. I'm sure the Sharks will be there at the pointy end of the season.

You right about May. I'm hoping Hunt can get even fitter as he was good today. I thought he was going to be May's rotation.
It sounds easy this coaching stuff :)

It is almost worth thinking about starting TDS and bring Api on after 20 so he can use his strength to attack the tiring ruck.

Agreed on May, he is in the stage where Haas was a couple of years ago with the Broncos that we are better with May on the field, but we can’t run the guy into the ground when we have players (when fully fit) that can give him a 20 minute spell

Hunt will be valuable is he can improve on today's performance.
Did you notice his hit up near the line that dragged the edges in. We then spread the ball right to To'a who gave a beautiful offload to Taruva to score, there was no cover.
It's what we need. Big boys to do this and backs who can finish the movement.
