Gamble every touch has some quality. He's got to start every week.
Saifitis have both been dog shit tonight again
All too familiar pea hearts, 1 good performance for every 10 these days and I probably being kind with those numbers
So this is the coaches fault, and we are back to wanting to sack him?Not really. Just laughing at it now being Pongas fault. Anyone but the coach.
Nowhere near our worst, that's a fair statement. We're talking about very low bars though.I actually think Fitz has been one of our best tonight. He's done some tough dirty work.
He's the only guy who looks like a footballer and will take the ball to the line and sum up the options. He might not always execute, but it's refreshing compared to the others.Gamble every touch has some quality. He's got to start every week.
One of the few that can actually hold his head high. Actually i'd make the argument that he's been our best this year full stop. One positive out of this game, Gagai has been f**king incredible.
It was just a straight up hair pull, no jersey. Not that we would have done anything with it, lol. That was actually worse than the Friz hair pull. He didn't get much/any jersey in that grab. As I said whatever though... I'm probably more on the side of Friz shouldn't have been punished than Sivo should have been.
Ponga needs to be protected in defence, I think that’s a given now and he’s not the first player who’s in that boat, Lockyer was protected by Tonie Carroll, Soward was protected by Beau Scott, it’s not ideal but it can work but not when your ‘bodyguards’ are Kurt Mann and Phoenix Crossland.
You simply cannot have Mann, Ponga, Crossland, Hastings, and Best in one team, it’s defensive liabilities all over the place in terms of mobility with Crossland and Hastings or just not being able to tackle in the case of Ponga, Mann and Best.
