Not really.

I've seen friends on modern day antidepressants and they turned into zombies with no emotions. It's like they flat lined
First and foremost. That’s a story I worry puts blokes off seeking help. I’ve been on the same antidepressant for over 10 years. Some slight side effects but overall have reduced my peak to my lows. I’m generally more balanced. It’s probably been a life saver for me but honestly if something doesn’t work try something else, no one size fits all.

I had issues with sleeping and used to take the standard sleeping tabs called temazepam, they are good for about 4-6 hours but leave you drowsy all the next day which makes it hard to focus at work and 5 hrs sleep is not enough.

Another doctor put me onto Belsomra, it's f**king brilliant, you sleep all night and have no drowsiness the next day. They work totally differently from normal sleeping tablets. Zero side effects.

You have to ask for it and it's not on the so called free list, its about $60 for about 6-8 weeks depending on how often you need them and worth every cent if you've ever suffered from sleep depravity.
Sleeping drugs work very well but are highly addictive. It’s a challenge. Hence why I wanted to try a natural option.

So far I’ve tried different things on 2 nights. Sunday night when I’m anxious about the week ahead I’m often guilty of smashing the beers.

I tried a cbd/thc gummy and initially (after an hour) I thought it was coming on strong. It actually left me in the moment for dad duties totally coherent and just a bit over relaxed if anything.

It rattled me when my Mrs said I seemed so lovely, way more happy and chilled than usual. Then she shared my uptight anxiety about the week ahead spreads.

I tried it 2 nights later (the thc drops) and it generally did nothing. Assume my dose is too low.

Early reports as I promised, nothing scary, certainly nothing negative, can see why it’s potentially a safe option to just relax a bit.

To be clear, I never smoked pot, and I feel nothing like those kids looked who were stoners!

Just sharing, as it may be helpful, I’m certainly not suggesting anyone follow my path.

I've tried medicinal oil. It said 0.1 dose. I had to have 1.2 before I felt anything.

I wouldn't worry but see it as a last resort. But I am anti medicince

Sounds like the gummies had more of a (positive) effect than the drops, at the prescribed dosages. Glad there's nothing scary so far and it's an easy and safe means to relax.

Do the gummies come in set dose of CBD content, like 10% or 10mg or something?

Heston is broken. Looks like he has a good team around him and he is on the mend.

There was no financial collapse. No scandals. It just took him. Swept him away.

He was suffering a major depressive episode and "sectioned" by his wife. In the end diagnosed as bipolar (this matters because of the meds that you take).
