My opinion on "Bandwagon" supporters

This is my first post after lurking for some time. As this thread title states, I am going to share my opinion on "said" Bandwagon supporters as posted in other threads (especially non-parramatta threads). I find it ludicrous that other teams supporters claim that parra supporters are jumping aboard the good ship "Parrapower" just because they started winning some games. Every club plays out this scenario. Obviously, if a team is losing you won't see a big crowd at home games, only the true diehard supporters will part with their hard earned dollars when the decision needs to be made. Souths are a prime example.........core supporters go to every game through thick and thin. They start winning and you are swamped by their supporters quicker that bunnies breed....and on it goes.
I certainly don't feel Eels supporters are any worse in this area than any other teams supporters. Got that one off my chest..........GO PARRA!!
(waiting for me to be classed as a bandwagon supporter for joining this forum....:D)

I agree. I think theyre just jealous.

The only people whingeing that we're bandwagon supporters were tigers fans. Thats because they were scared that there'd be more of us than them at their own home game...which did happen.

i agree any club will have a dip in their crowd figures if they go on a losing streak (friday and monday night games don't help either)

Bandwagoner ;-) kidding!!

Welcome!!

No really I love the true bandwagoners they are so stupid sometimes.. heading to that forgettable 2005 game this girl jumped on my bus in the 2001 GF t-shirt and she gave me a filthy look because I was all decked in Parra gear and I called her a bandwagoner and she goes "whatever I know more about our team than you?"
so I said "who's our halfback?"
she goes "whatever, like that's important?"

I'm sorry!! Our halfback was Timmy at the time and she tries to tell me he wasn't important..

LOSERRR!!

Anyway carry on, story always makes me laugh!!

This bandwagon talk is bulcrap. Firstly, every team has bandwagoners. Second, we're hardly the biggest.

The biggest in Sydney is souths. Where are all the white rabbits on cars and black rabbits on cars, the ssfc hoodies and the famous green and gold. When they weren't sh*t for a while, the bunny orgasm was everywhere.

i hate when people only go to games when we're wining. On another note, i'm going to the game tomorrow night, i only like to go to games when we're wining.
