New Zealand 2 will deal a massive blow to NZ rugby

I agree 100%.

it would potentially be the biggest missed open goal if the NRL didn’t add NZ2 to their competition in either the South Island or a standalone Christchurch team or a Wellington based team.

To put it in historical geopolitical equivalence terms it’s like the end of the Cold War with the NRL being the US and NZRU being the USSR.

Take advantage while the other side is weak and you are strong.
That’s a good analogy

What do you bench?

my pb was 115kg before I knackered my wrist.

mostly did 6 sets of varying reps from 100kg to 115kg.
110 for two reps. I was scared to go above 105. I’m reaching my max don’t think I’ve got much more in me but I won’t risk injury either

And this is the PERFECT illustration of why those who don't live in New Zealand have zero understanding of New Zealand. And none of the Australians realised it or corrected him.

Here is a hint... Hamilton is NOT north of Auckland.
Fair point mate.

im from england and knew roughly that Hamilton was near Auckland on the northern part of the north island.

consider me spanked.

Cool.

I was the same and was doing that routine for nearly 4 months without ever really increasing my reps before I fu#ked my wrist.

Damaged my wrist in a cycling accident and not through liflting btw.

Yeah, I’m very fortunate to live 20-30 minutes ride away from the Lake District which has many steep and spectacular fells that I cycle up 3-4 times a week.

Like you say Great for cardio and legs but my legs feel like jelly afterwards 👍

Waikato chiefs check out their stadium it’s tidy

plus my ex is from Hamilton

these union trolls are weird trying to make out understanding nz is hard to do

it’s a fairly low income nation where Auckland has major problems with meth and gangs

beating Australia is a big thing and since union they were able to do that it made the all blacks the focus of their sports but lately it’s been falling away

the kiwi public are tired of watching the Same super rugby clubs playing all the time and they know the Australian clubs are a joke.

a cashed up rugby league is a massive threat to them

end of the day the whole of nz supports only five super rugby sides whilst Australia supports 35 clubs for its major football codes

just rugby league heartland states support 15 pro clubs and rising.

Really? There are three posts correcting someone about Hamilton being north of Auckland? If that were the case, I am sure you could quote them to show me. Didn't think so.

That's a lot of words and a lot of drivel, for so little substance. Up your game.

I meant north Island... i didn't read it clearly either then, my apologies bro... the original post were about a team floating around the south island, then Hamilton got brought up..

I re read my post, nobody mentioned Hamiltons whereabouts, barr the brian potter guy... so ill retract my apologies..
But yeah we did bag WB already, for dropping in a north island town, when we were clearly, talking south island
