Yep. Awful administrator here in Wales starting the death knell or RU, should avoid him like the plague.

It's telling though that Marinos, ex-CEO of the ARU and SANZAAR is involved and where the winds are blowing for the greatest game.
I was looking at what you whould call the the URC or back in the day the Celtic League and just like unlike Super Rugby so many traditonal teams and areas have have been lost or regressed..role calls to as follows-
Wales
Bridgend
Caerphilly
Ebbw Vale
Neath
Pontypridd
Scotland
That whole Borders issue.
Super Rugby the loss in support for teams in the NPC and Currie Cup is really embarrassing.

Nrl should just announce png and nz2 together but one with a later entry than the other
So predictable,
decent crowd in christchurch for a NZ club ‘ give them a club’
big crowd in perth for neutral teams ‘ yeh but it’s just a one off and no guarantee they’ll turn up every week‘
lol

Where's the juniors lol.... enough with this build it and they will come BS, build it up WA yourselves then put forward a case for a bid/licence.
Christchurch is advantaged in being a country/region that is making up 40-50 percent of the current players in league
Your negative nancy routine on rival bids is getting old, and so predictable....
What was that you said about having a defeatist attitude... maybe do the opposite of that for once, in regards to any topic NOT involving Perf

3500 jnrs, on par with some nrl club regions, probably more than some in fact.

ps I’ve stated numerous times I Want to see Christchurch and perth in as clubs 18 & 19.

Are you taking just in one state? Or just perf..
..Cronulla boast more than that many jrs just in their shire

p.p.s its not going to happen, coz PNG is 18th, so you'll have to settle for Christchurch and Perth as 19 ad 20, if that... realistically if this Kea bid gets up and running they'll end up probably 20th and the Bears as the 19th, better hope the bears want to settle in sunny WA

40-50% of League players stem from NZ and Polynesian backgrounds f**ktard, aka not Perf, learn to read and read context, i didn't say NRL and country is NZ among the region of the South Pacific and its islands, this whole butthurt routine all the Western Australian fans have when another area starts pushing for inclusion or chance to bid is getting tiresome.. go plead your case to your local government, instead of bitching on expansion forum threads on how underprivileged you are to get zero attention from the NRL

Comparing junior numbers across a state of over 2.5 million to a region with 10% of that population ain’t decent critical analysis

I've got no butthurt about a NZ team getting in. I hope they do.
But your stat.
Your including someone like Jerome Luai. An Australian, born in Sydney, whose parents come from a country 3600 klms from Christchurch. He is the reason why we should go there?
I was wrong, that's not pippen level trolling, it's donkey level stupidity.

70% of nrl players are Australian born, perth is in australia. That’s your logic right? Lol

Reality check
registered players in Canterbury region 2,800
registered players in WA 4,100:

christchurch has 3 of the 4 key needs in place.
great stadium
crowds for one off games shows there’s decent nrl Interest in the city
kiwis are naturally suited physically to rl so jnrs should eventually grow

one of the bids just needs to come up with a very sound business plan and ideally some investors to give nrl confidence and I can’t see why they wouldnt get in.
