Nrl would be that dumb to plonk a pacifika team in a city that isn't really pacifika (as in south pacific islands) base them maybe for training and living purposes, but the home games need to be played in the islands, not in Auckland, the whole png/cairns idea was never going to have a full time team play all home games in cairns, it was just for a base and training

Has he? He can be a bit of an AB cheerleader at times so I've stopped reading most of his stuff, but I honestly don't remember many anti-league stories. Not like Fitzsimons for instance.
