Not to mention that he let Hall Of Fame defensive beast Mack walk (interestingly enough, Mack then proceeded to almost acquire more sacks by himself than the entire Raiders side).

Agree. Right now we’ve turned picks 35, 140 and 235 into picks 40, 109 and 158. That’s pretty good business IMO.

I like Gruden as a person, and I really had high hopes he would change our team around.

Sadly, I think he is doing the opposite.

With the draft, I’m choosing to take an optimistic approach. If they settled on Ferrell, Jacobs and Abram as their guys for the first round, then it just comes down to position, and Ferrell is probably most likely to go first.

I still think Allen was the better call at 4 though, time will tell on that one.
