Analysis: Warren, who was released by the Patriots on Friday, was scheduled to visit the Broncos on Saturday night, an NFL source told The Denver Post.

The Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported that Warren failed his physical with the Patriots, and would be interested in playing for either the Cowboys or Texans (Warren is a Texas native and played collegiately at Texas A&M)

if Heap goes to Zona, it'll be great for his career... Kolb is a man made out of Donny McNabb... he's no Vick, who likes to push into the 20 yard intermediate throw range

Kolb like McNabb can throw a deep one but unless its there or he's got someone wide open, he's checking down. Fitz will help but i expect the RB's and TE's to get a lot of work in the pass game.

IIRC, we were favs to pick up Plaxico when he was released. Exactly like Namdi. Then it died off.
I have a feeling we'll swoop and take him from under the Giants noses and stick it up another rival.

I'd be happy with that signing. Getting him, Channing Crowder and Stephen Cooper would be nice. Then we can cut Reggie Torbor and Andra Davis and go in with 3 Vet's and 2 young guys at ILB.
