I have a big confession to make. I bigly like Reed Marney. I think it is great how he rials up his opposition and the refs.

Should be more of it in the NRL instead of all the programmed robots.

He doesn't have that DNA in him, James Maloney could make a horrible error but as was the case so many times in his career he simply forgot the error and moved onto the next play - in many instances the match winning play.

Nicho stews on his errors, the body language changes and it has a direct negative impact on his team mates and a positive impact on the opposition. Emotional confidence players don't win you Premierships, however, structured, process driven, repetition players do.

I dont think Nicho has it.

He is the nicest bloke in the comp except for Jake T but sadly Jake is a better half than Nicho and hes a front rower.

This might be true.
However, most of us think that giving Tricky more responsibility is a good thing.
Hopefully Nicho having less on his plate will make him a better footy player.

So pretty much exactly the same scenario as the end of last season when he had ice on his injury, which was hindering him yet not many on here seemed to recognise.

Definitely is not 100%. Hopefully can build into the season with Trindall doing more work and looking like he can really kick on/lift a gear this year which is a good sign.

However, criticism of his general play kicking and unwillingness to put his foot through the f**king thing and launch it is valid.

I am not sure why he steers his kicks so much. Red zone cross field bomb, sure steer it into position.

Clearing kicks... put your foot through the thing and give it a lot more hang time.
