So tell us how this flag is symbolic of Australians?

The green section seems similar to the Pakistan flag, the white section, well that explains you and the yellow is what?

How are aboriginies accounted for under this flag, keeping in mind they are Australian as well.

Green and gold are the colours of Australia.

There was no other colour apart from white that looked good.

This flag does not represent any racial and/or cultural group.

They are the colours of many nations. And that's not a very valid reason why you chose those colours, a flag must symbolise its country and people. How do the colours green and gold symbolise Australia and its people?

That's very amusing on so many levels.

Moreso if you take it out of context.

This flag does not represent any racial and/or cultural group.
I think you made a subliminal comment in this post of yours that would differ to this comment.

There was no other colour apart from white that looked good.

While Australia's official sporting colors were adopted as blue and gold before the end of the 1800s
http://www.rl1908.com/rugby-league/Colours.htm

The first Australian RL side actually blue, then maroon.
Australia's Test colours
1899: blue in Sydney / maroon in Brisbane
1903: blue in Sydney
1904: blue in Sydney / maroon in Brisbane
1905: combined maroon and blue - in New Zealand
1907: combined maroon and blue - in Sydney & Brisbane
1908 (rugby league): blue in Sydney / maroon in Brisbane

The reason for Blue and Maroon is as simple as it seems too, Blue represented NSW players and Maroon represented Queensland.

For some time after 1909 I believe, Australia actually wore Blue and Maroon for all games, until the colours changed
