The sad thing is that you probably really believe that Sam Kekovich is the real deal.

He lampoons bigots, its part of his act. You're not acting.lol. wtf does that mean?

Sam Kekovich is a legend. It's not part of his act, you should of seen the serve he gave to some kiwi on TodayTonight after he made that ad about Helen Clark

It means that Labor is better than the Nats who are better than the Libs..but both the Libs & Nat are sh*t.

Either did the "white man", as reports say that they were first used in 2 ancient cultures china and rome (reported that cyrus the great used one approx 590 BC or 576 — August 529 BC or 530 BC)

So the point you raised has no real relevance of the argument.

Unless whiteman was actually in China when history books don't mention though. Think they originated to allow the commanders to see wear their troops were.

If you don't love sport, you're un-Australian.
Can't wait to see you prove this one.

The Southern Cross, and Federation Star are on the current Aussie flag and would be on this non-indigenous one.
But the current Australian flag is non-indigenous. Why else would the indigenous people require a flag of their own?

How can a non-Indigenous person live under an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander flag?
You're catching on. The same way they can't live under the current Australian flag, as it doesn't represent them, which is why they have their own flag.

Yeah, and indigenous peoples aren't meant to live under a non-indigenous flag.
They don't, they live under their own flag and the rest of the nation is under the current australian flag.

******To wave it in the faces and shove it up the arses of those that supply them with the handouts they recieve. Whom they believe owe them for saving them from Japanese torture and/or Spanish conquest and torments. No-one denies mistakes were made by the " english " in another lifetime, but get over it. ******

They have a flag for one reason. To shove it up the noses of others.

PS.... Though it may be a normal human response to wanting to retain an identity. ;-) ( seriously ).

There is no such thing as an indigenous flag, their is only Torres Stait Islander and Aboriginal flags. Their cultures are different from each other, and our culture is a lot different to theirs.
The non-indigenous culture is different then the indigenous culture in the following ways:
  • We have good health, they don't want it
  • They live in poverty, we don't
  • They line up at centrelink to get a pay out, we earn our money
  • We don't play the race card, they do
  • They sniff petrol, we don't
  • We have a good education, they don't wanna turn up to school
  • Substance abuse is part of their culture, in ours it isn't
  • They live in housing comission houses/units and use their welfare money to pay the rent
  • They commit crimes more than non-indigenous people
There is no such thing as an indigenous flag, their is only Torres Stait Islander and Aboriginal flags. Their cultures are different from each other, and our culture is a lot different to theirs, dickhead.
Can every Australian unite under a Torres Strait Islander or Aboriginal flag? NO, only people from their culture can.
What's wrong with the non-indigenous folk uniting under a seperate flag like the Aboriginals and Torres Strait Islanders do?

This has to be the biggest stereotypical post i have ever seen on this forum. Not even Pauline would have made so many generalisations.

Let me guess... you still grieve for Gilligan and the Skipper who stuck on an island somewhere, and you think Close Encounters of the Third Kind was a documentary...

So if we got a new flag that represented every aussie, whether they are indigenous or non-indigenous, black, white, yellow, red or blue should we get rid of the aboriginal and torres strait islander flags?

So isn't Redfern that much of a hole?

If you think it's the biggest generalisation on this forum, what about you thinking that the real aussie cricket fans throw eggs at Murali?

Ever been to Redfern? i worked there for 2 years and didn't get bothered by Aborigines or anyone else. Eveleigh st might be bad but you are stereotyping the whole of Redfern because of one area.

Also, Indigenous Australians aren't the only ones who live on dole.

@my thread - The intention is highighted by Tonearm so i don't need to justify it.
