Bit of an meltdown on social media today, people wandering why its not covered. The average person wouldn't have taken an interest in April what 7 were doing.

Kinda like the 6pm Friday NRL match, some hate this and crap on about it on game day, wonder why its not at another time, though it was puplic knowledge months ago

Given there are about 657 people at the game, I'd say the answer as to why these aren't on FTA is pretty apparent even to the average person/social media outrage specialist

I find it ironic that we are complaining about FTA coverage on a forum for a sport that has 60% of its matches exclusively on Fox

Perhaps Ch 9 were the smarter ones in the room when it came to TV rights.

Winners overall Ch 9
Winners for not broadcasting ODI's Ch 7
Losers for not retaining domestic 20/20's Ch10

Biggest losers FOX hahahaha and people pay for that, I can't believe it.

Typically after the tests Cricket Australia serve up shite ODI's and worthless 20/20's whilst Ch 7 have had the Oz open on. Again I'd say the overall winners are 9 and will be for a couple of years, for the summer sports.

Cricket will go the way of rugby union if its not careful. The big wank is nice and shiny now but the standard is poor and the novelty will soon go. Who can tell us off the top of their head who won last year or who took the most wickets? The big wank is just like pulp fiction.

Cricket Australia should have made it part of the deal that all international games were shown on fta, but they're too busy chasing coin and trying to keep up/suck up to India.

I feel for the kids whose families can't afford pay as they won't grow up with cricket, but more than them I feel for the old blokes/ducks whove loved cricket their whole lives but can't see it because its on pay

Very good post and I agree with all of it just except that cricket could go the way of Rugby Union. Cricket is the biggest sport in the country and is loved everywhere when compared to union which is basically on deaths door and is the lowest of all major sports (might be ahead of soccer) it has no comparasion. I can't see cricket ever going to Rugby's level of failure.

Ch 7's gonna regret getting the cricket rights which is a real shame.

I can......

People won't follow a losing Australian cricket team.

That's funny considering your following me merkin.

Go troll Australian cricket somewhere else, Harbhajan.

Following?

You know you get notifications when someone quotes you, don't you, Sprink?

Now who's the one going around quoting old posts? Hmmm, Spenk?

How? I just tried doing it and I can't see a streaming option anywhere.
If you have a cricket.com account you can sign in. It doesn't cost anything to join.
Once logged in the streaming options appear.. just need to click on the game to open it up. Can go from there.
I just used Chrome to cast it to my Chrome cast box.
Other ways of doing it too Easiest way would be a laptop and plug in to the TV with a HDMI cable.

Where they have the scores at the top of the page. Go in to the game and open the stream. Get the 2 radio sections and Fox TV.

Looked pretty good quality for the 20 mins or so I watched at my bros

Sorry I should have been clearer.

How do I cast the stream?
