I have to say, reading the steady flow of butthurt coming out of Bigfooty has to be the best entertainment you could have in the early hours of the morning.

They were laughing when GWS poached Folau, now they're on the defensive big time. Not so funny now.

oh its a dummy spit of massive proportions

I want to see Izzy on every 2013 NRL promotional add there is ... maybe doing a few.... vertical leaps in said adds ... VFL style
but in a parramatta jumper of course

that'll stir the singlet wearing merkins up ;-)

I would think Hopoate would be the one to switch to fullback. Seems to be a bit smarter with better "footy sense", if you know what I mean. Also I think he would be a bit better at ball playing than Folau.

However in saying all that I'm still not sure that moving Hayne is the right option.he is just so damn good at fullback (when he's in form)

Hopoate has always been a fullback, he played there in the juniors was just forced to play on the wing and in the centres when he came into first grade. I agree I see the long term plan with Hayne moving to 5/8 is to have Hopoate at fullback.

Will be interesting to see how it all works

Stuart obviously has plans, Hayne to 5/8th i wouldnt think should be one of them, but who knows, maybe Sandow finds his mojo, Hoppa goes to fullback and Izzy gives them the strike centre they need.

Maybe parra wont be down to as long as i thought. Not sold on Stuart as a coach but he's going to have some talented pieces. His backrow still looks shit on ice though

They lack organisation... Sandow isn't a traditional halfback & Keating isn't up to being the dominant dummy half they need, there's questions over whether he's even up to being a first grader.

Creativity comes on the back of go forward and good organisation, this team will almost be in stark contrast to his Sharks side.

I'm still not convinced Ricky knows how to put a squad together, in fact I'm convinced he doesn't.

It'll certainly be interesting to watch.

I imagine the game plan involves kicking the ball high - if they go to the edges, Hoppa or Izzy will contest the ball, if they kick over the top of down the middle Hayne should be there.

Sandow has a good kicking game and that will be Parra's main attacking weapon.

The real test will be if their forwards can work the ball far enough up the field for Sandow to put in attacking kicks.

Ricky has been saying all along that he see's Hayne as a 6.
He said it once 18 months ago as an excuse for leaving hayne out of Origin because Josh "The Boil" Dugan was blowing him. If sticky thought Hayne was a pivot, why pick Soward and that pisspot from Cronulla ahead of him? We already have 2 good young 5/8ths behind Roberts you goose.

Besides - Souffs 2 best attacking weapons are INglis and Burgess. We'll see Sam the Whinging Pom playing in the 6 jumper from now on?

You put Hayne at 6 and Folau in the 1 and suddenly you have two of your best attacking weapons handling the ball as much as they should. Folau on the wing is a waste of $600k
You have never heard of a position called CENTRE? Besides, Merrit is a waste of $6.00 on the wing ffs.

Sounds like exciting RL!

If there's a 5/8 'behind' Roberts likelihood is he's not good.

Unless he's in a wheelchair he should still be considered in front then.

Hell, Ricky could probably still do a better job than Roberts.

These days fullbacks can be as or more influential than the 5/8. And the way it's trending they're getting more important.
