At least a team like this would have a crack. Notice the combinations (morris boys, jennings and gordon....mini and pearce). anyone that thinks farah is an origin player is a genius

Farah had a huge impact in game one last year then (perhaps unwisely) played injured in game 2 because he couldn't bear to give up his spot. Ennis has done nothing but waste oxygen.

I'd look at

1. Hayne
2. Morris
3. Lyon/Morris
4. Jennings
5. Uate (is he a NSWman?, if not Gordon, provides a world class kicker and combination with Jenko)
6. Campese
7. Pearce
8. Snowden
9. Farah
10. Weyman
11. Watmough
12. Gallen
13. Lewis (c)
14. Bird
15. Waterhouse
16. Tolman/Douglas/White
17. See above, next year I'd also look at Tim Grant and Mannah if they continue to progress

If I were QLD I'd be worried about what each of those backs could do. The halves are strong and physical defensively and if they have some space they are far more creative than what we have had. The back row is superior to anything QLD can offer then we'd be looking to get some of our young props into the contest.

Hayne
B Morris
J Morris
Jennings
???(Lawrence maybe, but he's a left side player as well. Not sure)
Sutton
Pearce
Weyman
Farah (but will be Ennis im sure)
Galloway
Lewis (c)
Waterhouse/Hindmarsh
Gallen

Gidley
TLL
Hindmarsh/Snowden
Mannah

Unsure if Hindmarsh would be playing next year, if he wants to i'd pick him. Give that side a run. Keep it roughly together next year and you have the makings of a good side. Might not win next year but if you keep it together it'll just get better.

I think both Bird and Carney come into calculations next year, but neither have gotten back to NRL fitness, need to get through this season IMO and they'll be better for it next year.

Heh, you know I can actually agree with the Hayne slotting in at 5/8th atm, failed last year for the eels, but i'm seeing alot of improvement in his playmaking game this year, plus his kicks are great for sh*thouse forwards that keep us stuck in our own 20.
I'd scrap Weyman, useless chunk of fat couldn't fall forward for a quick play the ball even if you threw abit of Civonicieva's dick in front of him

Alot of people are picking some great teams but are leaving out a recognised Goalkicker. Hence, why i believe a Jennings/Gordon right side combination would be excellent.

If NSW has any chance of jagging a win in game 3 the following players need to be in the side:

Josh Dugan
Terry Campese
Joel Thompson
Todd Carney
Michael Jennings

anyone that thinks farah is an origin player is a genius

I'll have to thank Brook for giving me these stats (Though she rarely posts anymore)

yeah well stats for the season - robbie has 2 more games than ennis

total runs - robbie 95 Ennis 39
total metres - robbie 795 Ennis 235
average line breaks per game - robbie 4 ennis 1
average hit ups per game - robbie 2 ennis 0
average offloads per game - robbie 6 ennis 5
total tackles - robbie 413 (av 34 per game) Ennis 252 (av 25 per game)
total missed tackles - robbie 28 (av 2.3 per game) Ennis 32 (av 3.2 per game)
total errors - robbie 12 (av 1 per game) ennis 6 (av .6 per game)

So Farah DESTROYS Ennis on attack. It's not a matter of debate, Farah DESTROYS him.

Oh, but of course, Robbie can't defend.... Has more tackles per game, and averages less missed tackles.

One could argue based on the above stats Moffo, that forget SOO, anyone who thinks Ennis is first grade standard, then they are a tard ;-)

Let's forget the Tigers/Bulldogs to and fro, on the above stats, for those selecting Ennis, how can you possibly justify selecting Ennis and not Farah?

For the last game NSW have got to put in the BEST players, not the 'in-form' ones, and stick with them. These will be NSW best players for the next 3 years or so of Origin, and if they keep this side, they will definitely get some wins.

1. Jarryd Hayne
2. Brett Morris
3. Michael Jennings
4. Mark Gasnier - if he comes back, otherwise Morris/Lawrence and STICK WITH IT
5. Josh Dugan
6. Terry Campese - leave him in and he will thrive, give him confidence
7. Mitchell Pearce
8. Michael Weyman
9. Robbie Farah
10. Luke Douglas
11. Anthony Watmough
12. Paul Gallen
13. Luke Lewis

14. Todd Carney
15. Tom Lehyroyd-Lars
16. Kane Snowden
17. Greg Bird

How you pick a captain out of that lot I don't know..

These players should never go near Origin jerseys again:

- White
- Waterhouse
- Creagh
- Lyon (doesn't want to be there)
- Hindmarsh (too old and does nothing in attack)
- Cooper (just doesn't have what it takes at this level)
- Perry

There's probably a few I've missed there. QLD front rowers have been dominating this year. Although they are better, a lot of that can be put down to Cameron Smith. Michael Ennis is absolutely NOTHING on Smith, and the only player NSW can put in that could do anywhere near as effective a job is Farah. He could ball-play and get the forwards rolling like Smith does with QLD.

But at the end of the day that is a good team and there is no reason they can't upset Qld. Hell, we've won with WAY worse.
