for too long nsw have picked the same old boring robots who dont get the job done. the likes of buderus, hindmarsh, mason, white, ryan, hoffman, anasta etc have been picked on reputation and not form.
to beat qld we need some flair and some people who will play some footy.
i think mckinnon is hand made for origin. he is tough, great under the high ball and the closest thing we have to cutie in kick returns. he is also a brilliant support player and with players like laffranchi, stewart, mateo/sutton, creagh etc who can offload he would be a great addition.
lawrence and jennings on the left side would be dynamite, plus they would have halves who would give them the ball early and with space to move.
cooper and monaghan on the other side are safe and good finishers.
no more crap in the halves please. campese and wallace are in form so pick them. both have great kicking games and neither seemed phased by any occassion.
we need more variety in the pack. i think bailey and kite can get the job done upfront and galloway off the bench could cause some real inroads. the backrow can all hit a gap and throw a short ball. mateo or sutton or sutton off the bench can cover the halves but would more effective working around the ruck and offloading.
farah has been ignored for too long and can help out the halves with play making and kicking.
this is a team nsw can build a future around.
