I'd put Robinson in the front row, he is a similar type player to broderick wright, oake at lock and maybe filiga and horo in the 2nd row. He has the potential and if he can do what stagger said produce week in week out then i can see him being a regular in the team. Trials should be interesting, its a good problem to have at the club players fighting for positions.

Ian i certainly admire your enthusiasm for Karl - but he has his work cut out for him. Blokes like Weller, Lasalo, pele all need to be in the team somewhere too. If he is playing good football he will be a chance, but there are some guys in front of him. Will need a big preseason and some great trial form. Maybe a bench position is his best chance. Think he prefers the centre spot though.

No doubt he has his work cut out. I don't expect him to walk in the team, i don't expect anyone to walk into the team.

The competition for spots usualy brings out the best in players. As i said in a previous post, glad the club is in a position where players are fighting for positions rather then playing players out of position due to lack of depth.

(same day and venue as the NYC and First Grade trials)

sunday the 28th Feb ringrose

Wenty NSW cup V Newtown time TBC

Wenty drew with Balmain 20 all (5 tries all)

Blake Blackburn, Nathan Armit, Danny Howard, Mark Lulland and Mark O'Grady all had big games from what I saw although I did leave at half time.
