At the end of this process I think the NRL might have to thank the AFL for being so bloody stupid the way they handled their end of this.

Their blood bath of emotional crap has set the bench mark for how not to manage a disaster.

Their biggest problem has been all parties involved are AFL fanatics.

Whether you like him or not, David Smith brings an outsiders objective view to the whole thing and he will not feck up our response to the Sharks.

Can you imagine how Gallop would've handled this, especially if he was being hassled by the DT scumbags.

You should bleed out maroon.

If Cronulla's board supported a 12 month intense regime of injections etc like Essendon, the NRL would have already acted.

Innocent until proven guilty. It's being handled correctly by the NRL

So have they got the organised crims yet or is it all about getting some player who had cream rubbed on him ?

You and Parra must be joined at the groin - the organised crime factor is for the ACC and state police; not bloody ASADA.

He would have bagged the NRL, praised the AFL and he'd be phoning the DT every hour with confidential information updates.

Not that Cronulla can win the comp this year; but if they do:lol: and at a later stage the ASADA investigation results in player bans; the title  will be stripped.

NRL Clubs cheat on their salary cap and lose premierships and premiership points.

AFL Clubs potentially harm players for eternity and get to run 9th.

FFS!

I agree they should have been excluded from the comp for a number of years.

This still might happen with multiple player bans - ASADA/WADA code can suspend a club.

Why would they lose the premiership if the offences occurred in 2011? Wouldn't the punishment be for the upcoming season rather than a retrospective punishment?

Ring your local police station and enquiry, if you are that worried; f**khead.

No need to for that language!

Anyway, we can speculate all we like. Until ASADA finish their investigation and determine what if anything can be proven, anything from a slap on the wrist to the worst case scenario is possible.

Don't forget multiple non Cronulla players to be interviewed yet with no ties to Cronulla. If proven multiple players from a club did the wrong thing, still impacts that club from an ASADA/WADA recommendation point of view.

Meh, play footy and worry about it when the investigation is finished.

Yes you're the authority on it.

I will put forward this question to answer that statement.

Does anyone really believe that the NRL would face the extreme negative publicity awarding the 2013 premiership to a club that faces fines and suspended players if the ASADA investigation goes that way?

Answer: No way, any title would be stripped; just like players would face bans in 2014 for alleged actions in 2011.

Yes Sir, sorry Sir. Mate, I have been called worse on this thread; and he took as a compliment.

He was obviously stirring the pot - trying to link ASADA investigation with the organised crime investigation (importation and sale of steriods and peptides).
