MMM said Haddin was not playing in the second Test because his little girl is in hospital again. :(

I hope she will be ok.

The slow wickets didn't help the poms, they only took 10 wickets in this test, they may need to rethink their strategy as there is no use playing for a draw in the remaining tests, they need to find a way to win.

They've produced two flat wickets to nullify Johnston, but it has worked against them as it also nullified their own bowlers to an extent. Anderson can still swing a ball on a flat pitch, but then again, so can Hazelwood and Starc.
They'll need to come up with a Plan B, because Plan A won't work again.
I've no doubt that the enormity of this win will have induced quite a deal of physiological damage in their heads, and given us a massive boost.

For sure!

They have only really batted well once in 4 digs.
On the flipside, we've batted well 3 out of 4.

[or you could argue the same thing about bowling]

What a flogging 405 runs is ridiculous for a test match. Poms miss KP no one in that batting lineup can take the game away from australia quickly like KP could the ones there know are all very one paced and very defensive players.

And has anyone seen that opener lyth how on earth is he only 27 looks like he is 50
