I don't disagree with Joshua, it's one thing to produce them, but difficult to keep them.

I'm not sure it is that difficult to keep them, to be honest. Getting them to your club in the first place is the hard bit, but after that inertia tends to keep players where they are.

They're only hard to keep when you have established players in first grade and can't offer them (the juniors) an NRL gig. Then they're likely to leave for opportunity (and the money that goes with it).
