So it wasnt dave fairlighs fault than?

last years squad was about 3 times more talented than this one and did nothing all year, with the departure of several players this year, the coaching staff decided to throw a bunch of kids who are barely 18 and are being man handled by teams older than them, It remains to be seen as to how good their development will be next year when they're a years older.

So you could say there is a huge floor in the competition than? I mean the size difference between a 18yld and 20 is massive!
Most guys that are any good thou are in first grade by 21 .... Can you see any from here?

the only guys I see could come close to a first grade spot within 12 to 18 months at this stage are O'Hanlon, Brien and Sio, although I would like to see how this squad responds to the challenge in 12 months time.

I'm not so sure about Thomas just yet, too inconsistent but he goes allright..

Las was in last years squad, he's 1 of about 10 who aren't there any more.

We were looking ok for the first 20 but then let in a few soft tries, Sio looks very good so does Loko. O'Hanlon has looked dangerous every time he has touched the ball but his hands have let him down.

Full time
EELS 22
SHARKS 24
we came home hard in the last 15mins but just couldn't get there in the end.
played well but lack a really good half to control the game, there are some promising forward prospects in the side.

Wow that young Loko is impressive and also Vautua(not sure of spelling) off the bench, great runner of the ball, defence isn't as good, but still a great ball runner

We have had real trouble with halves in the NYC, lost Hodkinson to the scum and our recruitment staff just don't seem to able to identify good halves.

Cross is average, took some real poor options in the last 10 minutes. Forwards have stepped up past coupple of weeks , but lack guidance out of the halves, we haven't outplayed anyone in that area all season

Good Win by the Boys on the Weekend, Wehbe definatly looks to have them orginised and now that some of the SG Ball side are filtering through they are starting to look a lot better and not have the blow outs they had at the start of the year.

I think this is a long term thing from Coach Cameron and I expect to see some of those SG Ball players in this side for 2 years of more.
