But you have to be mates with the right people to get picked (Khawaja) or at least be a T20 superstar (Warner). That counts for more than 21 first class centuries as an opener by your 25th birthday. Which is more than any Australian under the age of 30. Also leading runscorer at an average of 62 on the tour counts for shit. But the fraud on a big contract gets picked on reputation despite offering nothing in years (Watson).
