I applaud you for your thoughts re Aku but why has it taken soooo long for these opinions to be expressed in such a damning way???? He has been no different for years now yet so many in here have continually defended him.

Could never understand why???

Kate Snowden is another whose form is ...... shall we say patchy at best. I had to laugh at Gids being miked up for Sterlo's show last week when he gave it to Kade for not running hard enough. Pretty much sums him up and should have embarrassed him into giving more.

Should have.

I don't think I can defend Uate any more. He just doesn't have the fortitude to fix his issues, and I mean mentally - he isn't made of the right stuff.

I don't think he's had too many defend him on here tbh. To me, being a butter fingered turnstile is one thing but giving up is absolutely inexcusable, it's an attitude that is cancerous and needs to be eradicated before it infects any of the young guys in the team. To me you compare Aku and BJ and how they are treated by the fan base and to me the only difference is Aku gets a free ride because he's a local who waves to the fans after the game

Plenty have continually defended him Aqua. Possibly blind to many of the deficiencies in his game due to the reason you've stated and the argument that other wingers couldn't score some of the tries he has over the years.

Other wingers could have caught the hundred dropped balls and made the hundreds of missed tackles he has clocked up too. Hell, other wingers may even use their shoulder to hit the ball carrier from time to time instead of grabbing at them or waving at them as the cross the try line.

you obviously can't sack everyone, but it's got to the point that the only players i would be sad to see go are korbin, rochow, and stockwell

i still believe Brown will make a play for Farah and his recent comments on Fox seem to say as much. Will be simply a matter of money and how desperate Tigers are to offload him.

I'd personally add Mullen to the list of people I don't want to go........ He has shown he's potential... But has just no support from his other halves partner for his whole career (sans joey)....... I think he showed in his 2 games this year how important he is

In saying that..... If he plays like poo next to hodkinson, then I'll jump on the sack Mullen bandwagon

Oh if in the next two years (it's not going to be perfect right away) he fails to deliver with no pressure to structure the side, no expectation to direct the team and with the captaincy tag, then absolutely move him on. He's got the chance to finally be the five-eight he is.

looking at Cowboys and Sharks , both recruited smartly with known Hookers - shows the importance of that position ,will be interesting to see what Brownie does in that requard

Uate has to be number 1 on this list. I've been desperately hoping he would come good again but it's just not going to happen.

Uate, McManus, Houston, Snowden, Clydesdale, Scott, Gidley, Roberts, Randell, Newton, Mataora, Ross.

Tariq I am sure we are overpaying as well. I think Tapine is a more dangerous runner than him and Rochow is a better ballplayer in the second-row. I would move Tariq to lock next year and have him go hard for 50 minutes, with Jez subbing on for the rest. We want a strong presence in the middle of the field and talent on the edges.

I want to see Brown put Mamo on a wing, Gagai at fullback, Sione at centre, and then find a value-for-money winger from somewhere. The other centre I have no idea where he comes from.

Tapine, Rochow and Korbin must start next year. Stockwell is solid and I am looking forward to getting Paea.

I really hope we sign one of Farah or Ballin.

1. Gagai
2. Mamo
3.
4. Sione
5.
6. Mullen
7. Hodkinson
8. Korbin
9. Farah/Ballin(please...)
10. Stockwell
11. Tapine
12. Rochow
13. Tariq

14. Paea
15.
16. J Smith
17. Levi

I don't know where the rest comes from but that is where I would start.

Just want Browny to have the funds to buy the kids he needs. His talent spotting is his greatest strength. It is half your job done as a coach. Talent coaches itself.

We need Farah. A huge risk but we need to grow a set and just do it. We are one of his few options and we need to exploit every yard we can as leverage. Show him he is who we need and give him the captaincy as part of a revolution here. There is no room left at this club for conservative minds.

I think I said it when Snowden first arrived here, he was no good, too slow, not enough leg speed.

Mullen is living on a few games he had with Joey who made him look good, he should have been dropped years ago.

What does Randy Couture say in that AD "Toughen up Princess".

Just watching the replay from this weeks game, i couldnt agree more...

That Panthers intercept where Aku was right there, the Penrith guy gets pulled down only for Uate to say "f*ck it" and give the dummyhalf a clear run to the line. It so perfectly shows his attitude and his willingness to slack off.

A change of scenery might be enough to get him back on track, but that wont happen while he is chillin in Newy.....

Mullen played a handful of games with Joey and he has been just about our best player every year. The general consensus is that if Mullen had have come through a decent system like the roosters, storm or broncos he would have been a mainstay for NSW. It doesnt help his cause that he has had plodders like gidley around him for his career
