Robert Lui.

Just needs to drop 25kgs and stop drinking Guava Cruisers and he could have been one of the all time greats.

Mitchell Pearce.
Had great genes and all the potential in the world. Then he stated playing.

I'd also like to nominate Tim Smith.

Before you go on, take a look at this from one game in 2005, just before Mini got his first back injury.

He was seriously doing this shit on almost a weekly basis for 3 years straight.

Yep, I think alot of people forget how good Mini was. Every game during his prime, he was just freakish. Under the high ball he was unbelievable with his he used his pace and athleticism to always be in position and when he ran the ball he just couldn't be touched. Dead set, it as like he was made of rubber the way he would bend and flex and stretch his way out of tackles.

This guy could easily have been held in the same regard as Slater or anyone else you can think of, no doubt. What a great player he was.

Greg Alexander. Injuries early on & Bens death in 92 extinguished his desire. One of the most talented players to lace a boot.

In the early 90's there was a kid at the Roosters called Adam Hayden. 5/8 who played a bit of first grade.

To the day he died Artie Beetson maintained he was the best prospect he ever had.

Shocking broken ankle I think it was that cruelled him.
.

He carved out a career in the Queensland Cup playing for Burleigh during their most successful period.

I remember watching him thinking he had the class of an NRL standard player. He demonstrated time and poise, and a lovely passing game.

I was unaware of that part of his development so that is interesting that he was part of the Roosters system and had those wraps on him at a young age.

Along the same lines as Greg Waddell, another guy with a great name to boot....Peewee Moke. Had all the talent in the world but never really used it.

I remember seeing this guy in NSW school boys, killed it. what happened to him?
