You're really in ticketek's hands, with no info released about dedicated bays yet, and some people get tickets on Monday if they are season ticket holders, and other on Tuesday by which time choices may be less available.
Sounds like best idea is to ask at Ticketek about a Parramatta bay - if logic prevails they should by then have organised one end/side to be Bulldogs and one end/side to be Parra? Just ask, and decide on a fall back bay number people can ask for if they are open slather eg pick one of Bay 105-110 for decent seats, 102-3 for slightly cheaper etc?
Best of luck, should be a great day with all three grades on show.
This is the problem in this country Bart, as you know.
It ain't hard to advertise particular Bays for Parra fans and Bulldog fans. In fact, they (the NRL) should have already organised it by now, and placed huge advertisements in tomorrows papers with Bay numbers etc.... for each teams supporters, but of course, that would be a progressive step way beyond the marketing of a sporting organisation in this country, and therefore, won't happen.
I will do whatever I can to sit with as many Parra fans as possible. I have tomorrow off, and can get my tickets. But where in the f*** will everyone be sitting? Who f**king knows?
You'd even think that the Official site might have been working hard to organise Bays for Eels fans, and then advertising that on their site, but I bet they've all been at a BBQ or something sh*te like that today.
As I said, this is a big chance to make a stand as Eels fans. It's impossible to do it on our own. Someone else said - We all buy tickets seperately. We need help from the appropriate authorities to be able to sit together, and create the sort of atmosphere they are trying to get with their new system this year.
I'm sick to death of seeing us knocked out in semis. IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE OUR HOME GAME FFS!!!!
If someone can make a decision about a Bay, I'll be there.
