I havent done that yet. As soon as I got out of the Vault, I basically started doing my usual explore everything move. Playing on Hard at the moment and enjoying it quite a bit. I have to admit, so far I struggle to see how this could be rated below Witcher 3.

Some of the bugs are hilarious in this and without them I would not consider this to be a Fallout game lol.

As someone who has played Fallout 3 only and even then sparingly, I found the first 2 or 3 hours daunting.

Normally would play this kind of game on PC but I don't think my PC could do justice to it, so picked it up on Xbone.

Have had some difficulty in getting used to shooting/aiming with the controller and got absolutely annihilated by the Deathclaw in my power armour suit. Dropped it from normal back to very easy and will work my way back up.

Did a bit of exploring, some of the base quests with the base building stuff for Sturges and some of the other quests to help out one other settlement (which I'm thinking about putting my base at).

Still not 100% what to do with the base building stuff, I remember having a mod in Skyrim that gave me a treehouse as a base. Same kinda thing? I always used to log out when in the treehouse, probably hang over from logging out in Inns in WoW for the exp bonus.

The graphics are stunning (although some of the night scenes seem a bit dark) and it so far has drawn me in far more than Witcher 3 ever did. The world is really cool and love the dog!

This game is excellent, but Witcher 3 is perfection imo - the best non-JRPG out there.

I haven't used the armour since the Deathclaw fight. Ran out of juice shortly after and couldn't be arsed trying to find fusion cores. If I come across them I might fire it up again.

One of my favourite parts of the earlier games is being a dick towards ghouls. Can't wait to encounter one and bag them about their face.

I have four sets of power armour chilling in Sanctuary. I don't really need them, but I have them.

Scavenger sites and raider loot boxes have plenty. Nearly every camp I've come across has had one.

I was thinking of building my main one at the first settlement you help, up on the hill. The one that leads you to empty out the Corvega factory.

No real reason why, just that it's high mainly. TBH I haven't travelled far, didnt get to play at all last night

I was going to purchase from steam, but after currency conversion it's cheaper by $20-$30 to buy the disc.

I'm in the same boat, had a sh*t-ton at the start and now can't find any. I was pretty wasteful with it to begin with too.
